Military life has been a meaningful part of my story from childhood into adulthood. Growing up as the daughter of a retired Soldier and remaining closely connected to the military community throughout much of my life taught me the value of preparation, discipline, accountability, and adaptability. Those experiences continue to influence how I approach my work, navigate challenges, and support the people and organizations I serve.

Professionally, my career has taken me through healthcare administration, human capital, federal operations, executive support, compliance, workforce coordination, and everything in between. Different environments, different missions - but I kept finding myself drawn to the same kind of work: organizing the moving pieces, solving problems, keeping people informed, and making sure nothing important fell through the cracks.

And somewhere along the way, I realized something about myself.

Give me the details. Give me the logistics. Give me the process that needs to make more sense, the documentation that needs to be organized, the project that needs coordination, or the hundred moving pieces that somebody has to keep track of. 

 

That is where I thrive. 

 

It is also what led me to create Airedes.

 

Airedes gives me the opportunity to take the experience I've built throughout my career and use it to support organizations that need someone they can trust to step in, understand what needs to happen, and follow it through. 

 

But outside of business, I'm also a wife, a mom, a fitness lover, and somebody who has always enjoyed bringing ideas together-especially when there is planning, organization, and a good checklist involved. I believe you can be serious about your work without losing the person behind it. 

 

Airedes is personal to me. I built it around the kind of support I've spent  my career providing: dependable, organized, thoughtful, and done with purpose.
